Derive the following two sentences:

(1)  For there to have been a fly put in the soup by the cook would have spoiled all the plans.

(2)  It would have spoiled all the plans for there to have been a fly put in the soup by the cook.

Remember that a derivation is a demonstration, from start to finish, of how the sentence is
generated by the grammar.  Don't leave anything out.
