This seminar on Morphology will explore some of the central empirical and
theoretical issues in contemporary morphology, particularly those raised
within the theoretical framework of Minimalist syntax and Distributed
Morphology.

We will read some classic studies and a number of more contemporary ones.
The work for the course will involve reading, reports and presentations,
a squib or two, and a term paper.

The term paper will be on some problem in morphology (I'll provide some
suggestions), and will be developed on the usual schedule:

	Week 9  Second draft
	Week 10	Presentations
	QTR END	Final version
